The role

You will be responsible for three areas:

1. Deal Management - new logos & cross-sell

  • Manage a patch of new logos and current customers - supported by our Technical Account Managers who promote adoption
  • Run the full sales cycle meetings, demos, closing etc. - collaborating cross functionally (Product etc.) where required
  • Supported by the Lead Gen function (this will support ~80% of your pipeline)
  • Run an accurate Sales Forecast (from our CRM Hubspot)

2. Support GTM Improvements

  • Support the continuous iteration and improvement of our GTM Playbook and Sales processes
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Sales Team to foster a great team environment
  • Stay on top of industry themes and trends to keep messaging relevant

3. Supplement Lead Generation in your Patch

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by working with existing accounts, and doing some outbound sales activities (via events, emails, phone calls etc.), accurately forecasting pipeline commitments per quarter
  • This will support 20% of your pipeline (remaining 80% comes from our Lead Gen team)

Uncapped commission: Opportunity for Highly Driven Achievers to high accelerators, with uncapped earning potential!

This role has many career path options within 12-24 months:

  • Enterprise AE (250-280k OTE) 
  • Head of Growth (280-300k OTE)
